Affordable Housing This program provides affordable housing to low and moderate income families within our nine county service area.

Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) The CSBG program is designed to provide comprehensive services to eligible disadvantaged clients including, but not limited to, case management, employment, education, consumer planning, housing, emergency assistance, self-sufficiency and participation in community affairs.

Early Head Start Provides a unique experience in child care for infants and toddlers ages 0-3 and pregnant women.

Emergency Food & Shelter This program is designed to provide emergency assistance to clients in the form of direct assistance awards for housing and energy.

Head Start The Head Start program provides a comprehensive range of services to meet the needs of eligible preschool children ages 3 – 5 and their families.

Individual Development Accounts (Promise Program) This matched savings program encourages low income working people to save money, gain financial skills and build wealth by purchasing their first home or attending college/job training.

Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) LIHEAP is designed to ensure that low-income households are afforded the opportunity to offset the high cost of energy demands by direct energy assistance awards, with emphasis on the elderly for reducing their energy costs.
