HEAD START MASS REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS!!!

The AJFC HEAD START Program is currently registering 3-4 year old children at the Centreville, Gloster, Liberty, Fayette, Thompson, and Woodville Centers. Registration is open to all children ages 3-4 regardless of race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or disabling condition. All applicants must meet the Federal guidelines.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
*Proof of Birth
*Proof of Income
*Immunization Compliance from Health Department Form #121
*Copy of physical and dental exam from medical provider
and Medicaid Card
You may register between the hours of 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
