How To Volunteer
AJFC Community Action Agency administers Federal, State, and Local programs. Many of our programs mandate that we raise matching funds or meet non-federal share requirements. One way that we can meet these requirements is to solicit in-kind services.
These services may be through monetary donations, goods, or volunteered time. AJFC values all contributions of time and your monetary donations are tax deductible.
**Creative Ways to Get Involved**
* Evaluate the work we do
* Escort children on field trips
* Attend committee meetings
* Decorate a bulletin board
* Supervise on the playground
* Type program correspondence
* Assist staff and other volunteers
* Help serve meals to children
* Read to a class
